Goobbue Horn Is Missing (Not In "Mounts" Either)

Regarding Missing Item/Incorrect Character Data Transfer

Since logging into my character as of Early Access I no longer have my Goobbue Horn in my Inventory, my Retainers Inventory, or with the Calamity Salvager.

I had the item in Phase 3 of the beta tests and did not play during Phase 4, so the item seems to have not been properly reset for my character after the completion of Phase 3.

I have sent 3 support tickets so far, the first two have instructed me to look for it in my "Mounts" section of my Abilities, but it is not there, because I never used the item, because it was not returned to me after the wipe of Phase 3's data. The third ticket instructed me to post on the Beta Test forums (but those appear to be down for maintenance and I would think possibly down for good since Beta is over).

I was able to use and ride the Goobbue in Phase 3, but the horn and the mount have disappeared completely from my Character as of Early Access (and likely Phase 4 Beta Testing).

I'm exactly on the same situation.

My situation has been resolved (I'm assuming after maintenance last night). Turns out my Calamity Salvager items in their entirety were not showing up, upon logging in today there were 49 items (including my Goobbue Horn) with the Calamity Salvager.

I suggest anyone experiencing the same problem I was (Eiz) to check their Calamity Salvager again after this latest patch.
