Can anyone explain this please!?

If they are posting that and we all get a month free for buying the game they should give us a month and a week free due to their fail attempts at letting players on and enjoying the game. If they weren't so pin headed we would all have a better chance at logging in but only if they implemented a dang AFK booter. I've seen players log in and go AFK while they are litterally at work just so when they are home they can play. Frankly this is why the game is always so full. I get it too. I play usually from like 10pm at night to late mornings and mainly thats the only time I can play cause of this issue with 1017. They have a queue to put you in game but it never works unless it really lets you in. Its not just the EU servers buddy its the NA too. Japan gets in with no problems cause they didn't think. Japan has about 30,000+ players with there servers. Added 2 and fixed their problem. Japan is also pretty much the size of California. In other words NA and EU together have 400,00+ players most likely and they only gave us two servers more when we really have roughly a hint more servers than Japan. Clearly server workers weren't thinking.
