Launch day, no retail code

So I preordered the collector's edition from that Digital River service, and I got the early access/phase 4 beta code and the preorder items. I have yet to receive any sort of code for the collector's edition items, or any way to enter a subscription. At this rate, at the end of the "free" play period, I won't be able to play and i'll be out 50 dollars because of poor delivery service from Digital River. I've had this problem in the past with Seekers of Adoulin and that made me jump through several hoops to get it in the first place, then I got a new computer and could not re-download seekers because the time expired.

In short: I am not happy with Digital River's digital distribution service, or lack thereof. I have yet to receive any collector's edition codes or retail subscription option even on the main account site. Also why are there 3 different account sites that we can go to for FF11/14? Very confusing.
