Has anyone gotten or tried the Phial of Fantasia yet?

I have a 1.0 character and I'm trying to figure out how to get the Phial and I know that if you pay for a 30-day subscription, you should receive it through Veterans rewards? (Not too sure how the process works or where the item would be sent to.)

Though in an effort to try and get it, I've been on the account management site and Mog Station to make a payment, however I don't seem to be doing that right :/
When I click on 'Next, it says, "No changes have been made to your subscription or payment method." Well yeah of course. I'm sticking with the monthly, not gonna switch to a 90 day payment O.o

So if anyone has gotten the Phial of Fantasia, can you tell me how you went about making a payment and where the item was sent to? Thanks <3

I'm not sure how it works either, but I was under the impression that you get it "after" being subscribed for 30 days, not for pre paying.
