Collections Edition Code Registration

Pre game release I entered my early access code from pre-order and got an account to play with.

Now that the game is officially launched I received two emails (strange) of pretty much the thing as a confirmation of purchase:

one with two digital rights codes and one with

"The_CD_key_that_comes_as_part_of_this_purchase_has_been_integrated_with_DLC_items_Please_note_that_the_DLC_items_no_longer_require_an_additional_code_to_access_your_content_041200"

also strange.

So I punched it the two codes in the NA Square Enix site under my profile, and was told the code was invalid. Then I searched around for a place to check my account status and found the Mog Station (confusing). Now the code worked expect I have two accounts with separate subs times... One standard (with my pre order bonus and current characters) one empty with collectors status.

How can two accounts exist in the first place under one user log-in? I must say this is an absolute mess. From finding account manage page, to invalid codes, now this. Besides a complaint, anyone else have the same or similar issue?

I realized after reading other posts that the place where I punched in the code (Mog Station) was indeed "Add New Service Account". Big mistake. Hope a ticket fixes it.

But I'd like to ask. Now that I've got my CE code, where am I supposed to punch it in? I tried all the other places like profile from SE account and nothing.
