Special problem

ok so im level 42 and doing this quest on the isle that u take a boat to from Aleport
on this isle theres a white angel boss that summon music boubles (hopefully now u know what isle i mean)
so i died here because fate boss spawned on me and all chaos. Now the npc to travel back there is no longer at Aleport.

tried to relog but then i got the "this world is full try later"

ANYWAYS, how do i get back to that isle since the npc at the boat is no longer there?

Someone please help me out here, noway back to the isle it seem from aleport, cant swim either. Im sad now
