I want to know why is my account suspended for? I ended up trading in my old PS3 now my account is suspended. I bought a disk from Gamestop and now it is suspend.
my account was locked out for 3 days for 3102 error my free company was watching my character for me to see if i ever log out. Sure enough he did but my account is suspended no reason no amount of time given. 3 tickets all the same please check back later replys and nothing else.
I would say send support a ticket but I'm afraid you may not get a reply for a long time, I'm actually starting to wonder if they even have a support or just a computer that sends dismissive replies.
i have already submitted 3 tickets in over this issue all of them the exact same as to a reply "just wait and see" is the jest of it. According to reddit they have been suspending a few dozen accounts in the last 30 minutes and then sending emails stating why and if it can be corrected. I hate wait and sees but i just hope it turns out positive. I just want to play the game.

Anyway - about support - if you send more than one email about the same problem you just make everything longer. Why? Because support have to go and read every email they get and if your issue will land in hands of other ppl you waste time of both cusstomer specialists. And that's how you make it look like they don't even reply to any messages. I'm working as custom specialist in other company and I know how it looks from the inside. People sometimes ask about the stupidest things you could think about but STILL YOU HAVE TO ANSWER TO ALL OF THEM and it makes the time that you could give for real problems much shorter.
I really hope you will find help from support but please, try to make their work easier so they can actually answer to all of the players not only to you.
just got an email giving me a bunch of text of what my character supposedly said when i was 3102. End result my account has been terminated. Bought a collector's edition and everything and banned within 2 weeks without any of my doing. oh well i give up. Customer support has been useless to say the least.
So your account was hacked then.
Do you use your login name and password elsewhere? Is the password easily guessed?
Since you say you got the collector's edition, did you get the physical with hardware token? If yes, did you register the token, and if not why not?
If no, did you go for the software token, and if not, why not?
Did you ever go to a gilseller site? Did you ever buy gil?
On your side it's entirely up to you to make sure your login details can't be abused.
You can really only blame SE for this if they are the ones that got hacked and leaked logins.
I am figuring your account is suspended due to the new ps3. If you log on to the game from any device other than the original install device, you will get flagged and your account suspended until you contact customer support. It's a means of rmt deterrence. Did you use the one time code token? If so, you can log on to any device any where and have no problems. If you are using the one time code, then I don't know what the problem could be.
