So, I bought the Physical Collectors edition. I never had the collectors edition from V1. I went to put my code in and it tells me its not valid. I want my money's worth of in game items. Does anyone have a clue of how to fix this? I heard there is a way to contact some phone number and ask them to do it.

It's case sensitive, make sure you enter it all in Uppercase.

Same thing happening for me. Also I don't think I got any instructions.. I typed in my code in the bonus item code thing and it says it's invalid. I had everything in caps too.
