Can't apply for a promotion?

Hi,

I'm a Chief Flame Sergeant, and I want to apply for a promotion for a Second Flame Lieutenant. I have completed my rank 2 hunting log with the great company, but it still says that I need to pick up a quest from the Commander, which he does not offer. Incidentally, the rank 3 hunting log was not unlocked.

Is this content not available yet? or am I missing something here?

I have the same problem and I am the same rank for storm.

I have unlocked the rank 2 Grand company hunting log and I have completed the Dzemael Darkhold objective that they gave me, but the promotions guys still says that I have done neither of the two, whats going on?

Os this content bugged?

you have to finish story quest first to unlock at level50
