All I want to do is play the game. Increase the friggin number of players allowed in queue, or re-design the joke of a loader.
Instead of keeping you in the character select screen, you are forced back to the Start screen, watch intro..... Click... click, click.. tired of it.

Amen. Please just fix it.
This is absurd, we have officially paid for the game and service (yes so they give you 30 days free, or less if Legacy) but the game itself has been purchased. You would expect to be able to at least log on and enjoy what you have paid for. Fix this 1017 and allow a deeper in queue even, this not being able to log on at all or even get in to stand by is a joke.
There is no time we didn't pay for; the first thirty days are included, which means they are part of the price of the game.
And I can accept that the population cap of the world is low, but there is no excuse for it erroring out instead of going to a queue at this point.
