Uninstall every time I try to install?

So Ive been play FFIV since early access and have had no issues the login login restrictions. I recieved my game today and went home to install but everytime I try it always brinys me to an unistall setup!?! When I run the setup program the FFIV window comes up with installer under the logo. I then pick my region and click next. After that I get a window that says unistall you square enix account wont be delete etc etc. Can someone please tell me what is going ? I can still play the game no problem but this makes no sense?
