Trying to merge accounts

Due to some odd glitch, I had to make two accounts when I got the collectors edition, after playing beta. I just want to get them merged so I don't have to start all over. Tried to contact in game, through customer support, and chat. So far have heard nothing back, until I waited for over 2 hours in a chat line only to be kicked out and told to send an email. May not be high on your list of things to do, I get that, but I have been trying to resolve this for days! All I want to do is get this fixed so I can pay you more money to keep playing this game.
