Not receiving collectors edition items

SO, I received my 20 digit code for my CE digital version and entered it in the mogstation.

Currently It's telling me:

Other Received Bonus Items
・Helm of Light
・Baby Behemoth
・Behemoth Barding
・Coeurl Bell

(To the right of this under the Character bar it shows that there are no characters.) < thinking this may be the issue.

I have entered my 20 digit code and I've done everything right. I've relogged and waited 3+hours and still No new letters for you today, Kupo!
