PS3 Registration Issue

So, logged out to register my PS3 copy downloaded from PSN. It asked me to pick my service account, and I selected the one that has my characters (for unknown reasons, I had two, and I disabled the second one through Mog Station yesterday, which for other unknown reasons, usually only shows a character I deleted in P4 on my account and only randomly shows my actual character I've been using since P4's start). However, after clicking register and going back into the game, now I have a 3rd service account, and checking it on the 'station, sure enough, my game decided to ignore me telling it to register to my Service Account 1 and created a Service Account 3. I filled out the forum on S-E's support page for "registered my game to the wrong service," but has anyone else had this issue, or has it been address anywhere I can't find?
