What SE should be doing...

SE I would like to say I really love your game, it's a breath of fresh air to what's ever been done, however allow me say that something has to be done ASAP here regarding the servers. First and foremost once you realized that the servers had too much congestion instead of "monitoring" the servers to keep player's from logging in (really?? I can't even comprehend this...) you should have immediately taking action and allowed more player's to login by increasing the amount the server's can handle (You've done this on JP, why not us?) or create temp worlds in the meantime until everything was fixed and sorted, this business about keeping player's from playing is not only unfair but bad business only gives you a bad image. "Yoshi said himself that he is a gamer" so I ask Yoshi what if you were kept from playing the game for 3 days and only asked to wait patiently? How would this make you feel? Instead many player's have been kept from playing with the same old messages and please wait patiently, this simply won't do.
Now let's talk about Live launch which by this time now and the problems your facing and I have mentioned this in other posts but the servers after they became somewhat stabilized should have been locked that way new players on Live Launch could not access them to cause yet again more login issues, but here we are with the same 1017 message about the server being full and check back later....??? Are you freaking kidding me?? I tell you now if this doesn't clear up I will not subscribe, I'm not going to pay for a game I can't play...Collector's Edition or not...it'll be shelved until I can subscribe to a game I can login and play with no worries. NA/EU needs more server's that is the point in all of this, please make it happen.
