I find it funny they locked new character creation on the JP servers. They did this for one of two reasons:1.Everyone heard about the problems with the NA/EU servers and started playing the game on JP servers and put the servers to max compacity or 2.Players started migrating to JP servers and SE didn't like that and are trying to stop it.
