lvl 5 weaver's quest unable to complete

the quest ask for hempen breeches, this does NOT exist in the current crafting log, there is "hempen breeches of crafting" but he doesn't recognize that as what he wants.

I see this item still exist in game but can't be bought from npc but if an old players has you might be able to grab it. But that defeats the point of the quest right?

edit: was told to try scrolling on it, found them farther down (took 2 days for someone to find that help for me x.x) UI had no scrollbar til i made an attempt, checking other classes for things i might have missed

Actually you're incorrect. Hempen breeches are a lvl 4 craftable item, just scroll down a little ;)
