Okay, So I preordered the PS3 CE of the game which I got the code to redeem for early access. I entered that code and took it to the playstation network and entered....to my surprise this was an invalid code.
At this point I contacted SE to let them know I got an invalid code and they replied with we'll address this in 48 hours...this was 5 1/2 days ago.
I've tried to call SE, but to my dismay it appears they have taken the phones off the hook.
Anyone know what I need to do next?
If you didn't pre-order directly from SE, you should call the vendor that you pre-ordered from. They should be able to fix it for you
Pre-ordered from gamestop, already called and was informed it's a problem on SE end
No they are BSing you. They need to supply you with a working code. Shove your receipt number in their face. I called my local gamestop and they gave me a backup EA code, and didnt even ask for a receipt.
the code they gave me to redeem or early access did work, however the one SE gave me in return was the invalid code...I argued for a good 5 minutes and was told my only option was to get SE to straighten out the issue
If you are getting an error code in the 3000. go to your profile that you created before entering the code. This is how: Top right corner, click the arrow, then go to your profile. If your language doesn't match the language that you entered when you created your profile, then change it back to your language, then go back and try the code again. This has worked for some people.

I've just entered my Collectors Edition code bought also from Gamestop, and its saying code is invalid.....wow.
I had already tried that, however all of the information is correct. I don't receive an error message with a number when I enter it into the PSN. I only receive the invalid code message.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say they issued me a EU code instead of an NA code..I think I'll try my luck with gamestop again
Arent you supposed to take the code you got and put it in preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com to get the actual code?
