I don't know either. I ordered the CE edition via online purchase, and have yet to receive any email or notification of any redeem code or even how I'd submit said code. :confused:
do so very carefully, I just did and already had to send a support ticket, Hint, don't add a service account, basically your code may not work like mine would not, I tried the only thing I hadn't tried and it was wrong, basically if it doesn't work, just don't add a service account, as easy and inviting as it's displayed it's the wrong way.
The code not working may need to be your support ticket, or you'll have to go to SE college to understand how to operate the account services.
I'm not even joking or mad, it does not make sense.
I just put in my promotion code, and to my amazement, code invalid...wtf!!! Im not sure what Im supposed to do now???
