question on jobs!

yo guys! so i just started playing. Im still getting the hang of everything, and I just have a question on jobs.

Does it make a difference if you switch jobs early or late? Like for instance, to become a paladin you need to be gladiator lvl 30 and conjuror lvl 15, but what happens if i become a paladin when my gladiators lvl 40 and conjuror is lvl 30? do i miss out on anything?

No not really - you can switch freely any time once your main char reaches lvl 10 and complete it's main guild quest.

There is a (basic) manual linked from the launcher plus game itself have prety intensive context help which can be also accessed any time in the future plus there is several "wiki" kind of (unofficial) web sites floating around as well if the official info provided would be insufficient.

find friends and a linkshell and they can answer all your questions. or just shout in chat and some1 should answer you.

they reccomend you complete your first class first, ie to level 30 and then do the Conjurer, that is what I am planing on doing. But leave some of the side quests for your second character to level up with. Have fun! Nice to see others doing the Paladin, as Yoshi has wished for more of us.

unfortunately none of my friends enjoy games like the final fantasy series :(
