I did not receive my Collector's Edition items..

So within the last 2 weeks I had pre-ordered the digital download of Final Fantasy XIV CE through their official website. I even have proof that I purchased it, but yet I just got the standard edition items. Where are my 20 dollars worth of items? Is anyone on the same boat? Who and where do I contact to get this fixed?

Same here, After I registered my code from the CE on the mog station it says I have the standard edition of the game when it should be CE edition..........

Check your spam folders guys, I saw on another site where someone's CE stuff got spammed and I checked mine just now and sure enough it was sitting right there.

you can put code in mog station, there is a bonus code button on account staus.

Mog Station says that the entered code is invalid.
