I'm extremely worried, even hearing that others are having the same issue. I got my pre-order code and everything, so now just time to impatiently wait.
Also: the money has yet to be taken from my account of my purchase. I purchased from SE.
Is it just random, since they've been giving them out for nearly 7 hours now, or is something wrong? :(
EDIT: I went into the findmyorder and successfully got in. I found my serial code, so I'm going to try and activate that like others have said in previous threads. Good luck to everyone in receiving yours as well.

Same boat here, but for me the money was taken out and my account shows up as a Standard Edition, I put out a support ticket and I am waiting for them to get back to me, this is ridiculous.

Nope, still waiting also. Definitely a bit of a turn off, i expected a small delay, but, come on, they've had plenty of time to sort this stuff out, not to mention they made us wait even after early access. those codes should've been sitting there waiting for a button press on 12.
EDIT: just checked mogstation, account is only showing a standard sub, and only pre-order code access. wth is this nonsensical bs. -

I just hope that I get my disk from Gamestop today. I am here in Henrico,VA (Richmond) and I saw that the disk made it to South Charleston, WV at 630 am today. I wonder if I will get it today.

The money was taken out of my account as well. I recieved the Minion and Mog hat but NOT my collector edition items.
Its also nice to see that Customer support is DOWN. as in when I tried the page ways its having an error..... how nice... -
