Not letting me pick service account i want HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I have 2 service accounts but the 1 I have my preorder stuff and my main on PS3 it want let me select it how can I chose my final fantasy XIV 2 account instead of my final fantasy XIV 1 account

wow I cancel the first account and I still cant pick my second pleasssseeeeeee fix this
