I just got my collector's edition of the game, however the 2 codes that I got with my game were both incorrect. There was an 18 digit and a 20 digit one. I don't know specifically is the CE item code but they both do not work when put in on the mog site and the main SE site.
I think you're going to have to try your luck with SE support.
Do you know which of the cards is the CE items?
On the mog station i entered my 4x4x4x4 code i got in my physical CE edition.... Mog station says its a Standard edition, and the 6-3-6-3 Code is invalid on Square members site...
