Game Time Card

I got a game time card and its telling me the code is invalid. It says Square Enix 60 day prepaid on the box.

Maybe SE hasn't activated that option yet. If they have, contact support.

There's a chance that where ever you purchased it from didn't activate it. You can either take it back to the store (or if online, call their customer support) or contact SE.

Other players have activated it. Unless it's blocked for NA or Legacy players?

I'm getting really worried, if I get My CE hard copy today, this is stuff is going to continue to happen. I cant wait to give my money to this game, I already have in some ways. However, I'm still sitting on a broken EA PSN code, with no email support since last week, and wasnt able to get through phone support after five hours. So I already missed EA, that I took off work for, going to miss out on pre-order items (probably), and now people are still saying all kind of codes are invalid. Please gods of FFXIV I just want to give away my time and money to you, let me enjoy your luscious fruit!!!!

Everyone I know who got a boxed CE is saying it says their code is invalid


It seems a lot of people are having problems with codes. Perhaps there is a different code registration website ..? Or perhaps there is trouble adding codes to existing accounts.

Well I am finally happy to state that I was able to get through customer service got a EA code that worked, got my physical copy got the code to work, have everything registered and all my goodies should be delivered in game. Now can I find a world I can create a character on lol
