No "Code" in my Digital CE mail

I got an email from Digital River this a.m. and it has links to the client Download and early access website (I already have early access btw)

BUT

I did not actually get a code.

Also, when logging into mog station, my account does not show my character/server, just a deleted character.

What's going on?

Same. I pre-ordered from SE themselves and have yet to receive a code in the email. :(

I bought CE 2 weeks ago.
Managed to download game, play early access etc. Even got my Mog cap and cait sith doll.

But i did NOT get ANY of my CE items. where do we get them?

I have the first email (pre- Phese 4) with the early access code, today I got a Download CE Email, with links to EA code registration (only a few days late, but I already had EA)

BUT

No game code for the actual game (or the CE items that come with it)

Still no code yet, been checking all day. :(
