Cartoon transfer please

Hi, in the last few days, we having problem in the server NA/US, for that reason a lot of us made a cartoon in the JP server. Now I want to know, if will be the possibility to transfer the cartoon in the JP server to NA/US server. Because I wanna to play with my fist cartoon in my region and we my friends.

I remember hearing somewhere that eventually they will open up character transfers. It won't be anytime soon though. I believe that I heard it was a couple weeks into launch, but that was before all of the server problems were apparent. Please post if you heard anything other than that.

I thought I read that it's supposed to be available some time in September, but it's not a free service.

Mid September is xfer, estimated price is 25$ USD but that's going by FFXI pricing most likely will be lower, or free at first maybe for a day or two then fees will kick in either way I'm sure they will make it enjoyable, meaning easy on players wallets

so many people created toons in jp servers that today we got some restriction to create and log into these servers

This is a win situation for SE. Extra $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ coming their way! :)
