Update Billing Information error when purchasing game

Trying to purchase PC Download. Add to to cart --> checkout --> ''Please click on the downward arrow next to your avatar in the top right and select "Billing Address" to update your profile.'' This link for 'Billing Address does not exist. Clicking on profile/settings to change this does not give options for doing so. Can go to Square Enix account settings to update address --> the address is correct and has been.
