Mog Station : missing character

So i was looking around the mog station and notice it listed characters on the side , all cool and all but my 1.0 character isnt even listed however my character i made to test ps3 control on jpn server is there.

anyone else has this ?

Well, not the same, but something similar. Namely, my account type does say "Legacy / Collector's Edition", but right next to it, it also says "You have no available characters" - which is interesting, considering I do have both my Legacy and a new one. Also, service history shows "no activity for this account" for August 2013.....

Mine was there yesterday, now it is gone. says "You have no available characters." Lovely.

I am having the exact same issue.
I only see the 2 toons I made on the Japanese servers over the weekend when I was FORCED to due to the NA/EU Server meltdown.

I received my email registration this morning. Do I still register existing account when there are no characters showing, or should I wait?

You are not alone, and there's a thread for this same issue in the tech help section. for beta P4 I created two characters on Leviathan (NA) and neither show up in the Mog Station, however the character I created on Valefor (JP) last night while I was locked out of Leviathan is what shows up. Go figure.

Are they staggering registrations too? lol

i have just gotten my copie of ff14, when loggin into the mogstation i dont have any characters listed i have only made one snice P4/EA on Ps3, also could anyone clear something up for me as im abit confused about this its as clear as mud lol, iv gotten 2 codes one looks like a psn code so i guess thats for my ingame items and i also have a product registration code do i input this into the mogstation?

Just registed my psn code seems like its a all in one code ^^

apparently its just a bug with the new mogstation and that it should be fine

I'm having the same issue here. My main char on behemoth isnt showing there, only an alt I made on a jp server when I couldn't log in...
