Gamestop still hasn't sent a CE registration code?

Anyone else make the mistake of buying the CE from gamestop pc downloads and never get the registration code?I've contacted support 3 times they seem very confused so far they have told me it's the pre order code and there is no other code...

I only got the pre-order code as well....I have yet to get my CE code from them and its starting to freak me out :/

Somebody in another thread told me that they're gamestop told them that they gave them all the necessary codes. You guys need to call gamestop.

Seriously? God that sucks, I was hoping I wouldn't have to call them cause they are usually retards. This is gonna be a long day ;A;. Thanks for your response tho.

Yes, this is why I hate gamestop and stopped going there years ago. They are incompetent.

still no code from GameStop

Yeah still no code for me also. I am also not sure how to go about contacting them since I ordered from a website and not a store. I could send a ticket but those can take days sometimes :/

If you're still having a problem with GameStop Digital Download on the PC, here's what I did to get it. So, basically you have the GameStop App on your computer, yeah? Open that up and Click on "My Games" and you should see your FFXIV ARR stuff there. Now, check the bottom right of the app screen, does it say "LOGIN FAILURE"? If so, then I believe the GameStop App couldn't properly update and send out your Collector's Edition Code to you, because as soon as I clicked the Login Fail button, properly logged in... My Games Updated and showed a new icon labeled "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn Collector's Edition". Just hover over it, click product code, and voila... you got your goods. So, really they probably did send out all the codes, but it was all done via the GameStop Application and not via email the way it is with people who bought directly from SE or Amazon.

It worked for me, see if it works for you, hope it helps!
