My fiancee is trying to make her character to play on Diabolos with me, but it says she can't create a char on the server. Should she just stay on the char creation screen where it's greyed out or will that never update until she exits that screen? =(

At present, login restrictions are gradually being eased, and cases wherein players are unable to login are decreasing. We will continue to carefully monitor and control the situation so that we may provide you with the best gameplay experience possible.
