No Stat Gear?

Anyone do the lvl 35-40 dungeons and get some gear that has no stats on it at all?

I'm curious if anyone knows if its like that for a reason

do you mean the plain white quality gear in sunken temple? because if so, then yes

some of those items can be crafted into better gear :P
