I put in the the Unlock Code xxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx-xxx to get my 20 digit code then tried that code and it said, "The code's region is inapplicable.
You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account."

I am quite amazed at their ability to constantly failing and yet not giving out much support on these .
