No characters on FFXIV service

Hi all,
This morning I received an email with the full registration code so I logged in the mog station console and I found the FFXIV service without any characters created inside even if I played the early access and I created an Archer lvl 15.
At this point have I to use the code on this service or not?

Everyone is getting this, at this point the safest bet is to wait until they show up again. But if that's the only service account you have, then it is very likely the one you need to apply it to.

I'll wait the mog stations shows the main character again before to register the product key :) Just to be sure..
