Bought PC download copy end up getting a PS3 code ?

i bought a PC DOWNLOAD version of FFXIV but when it came to register the code it told me it was PS3 code, trying it again brought me back that i still got a PS3 code. it states on my email that i did bought PC DOWNLOAD version on my email and yet it came out as PS3. all i want is to be switch to PC download as possible so i can play cause i had my waits on this game already and yet another set back for me which is unacceptable but i thank you if you take your time to look over this for me.
