I couldn´t summon the battle chocobo again, after i died in Central Shroud while he was out. The greens were used, but the chocobo didn´t appear.
I had to relogin to call the choco again.

I'm having a similar issue. My chocobo died and now I can't summon it again. I've used the greens several times and still nothing. I've spoken to other people about it and they were able to just use the greens to summon it again so definitely a bug. I'm afraid to relog in case I can't get back in so I'm stuck not using it.
