registering the code. Main char not showing

I have received the registration code. But on the accounts page under the character I can' t see my main char. There i can see only the alt that i created on JP server during the problems on the EU servers.

However I do want to register my EU char as my main char. If i will just register the code now, will that mean that the JP char will be registered as my main? Anyone has this? Maybe someone could share some insight. Else I will just contact the oficial support :)
