Account says I have "Standard Edition" but I pre-ordered CE

My fiancee pre-ordered the collector's edition of this game for me and the e-mail that they sent to confirm the order says "Collector's edition" but when I log into the Mog station and other SE places, they say I have "Standard Edition." I'm just a little confused by this.

I suppose the question I should be asking is when is SE going to send out the CE code for the digital stuff? He pre-ordered the digital version and have yet to receive it. I guess a lot of us are in the same boat.

same here also. I preordered ce and it allows me to upgrade....where do i put in my code

Try putting you're CE code in the add windows service section, do not add a new service account.

Well that doesn't sound right, I'm on pc and I have a ps3 and a pc button. Try clicking on the little mogstation logo on the top and going to the little flame icon on the bottom (with a + on the bottom right corner) and see what that does for you.

Yeah I pre-ordered to get early access and the items since I wasn't legacy. The only way to get early access was through pre-order and some of my friends and I didn't want to wait =/ I really hope they didn't expect non-legacy 1.0 people to not pre-order for early access.

Dunno if this will help you, but i did the same, pre-ordering the CE.
6 minutes ago, i received my CE codes to get my items.

Im using hotmail, but the mails never showed in my inbox till i logged out of Hotmail, and then back in.
