Whenever I watch cut-scenes I've noticed that the effects don't appear. And on top of that, today my cut-scenes freeze when there is no voice over. How do i fix this?
I've tried changing my graphics settings but it hasn't changed anything.
Please help me!
What are your computer specs, and are you able to play the actual game at all?

1TB HDD
8GB Dual Channel DDR3
I can play the game on maximum without any problems. It's just the cut scenes that are messed up.
Someone please help me :(
What driver version are you using?
i had the same issue with my laptop running a radeon 8870m.
I resolved the issue removing overclock with MSI afterburn to default or setting the graphicals parameters of the catalyst drivers to "Let the application decide" on things such antialiasing, anisotropy filters, multisampling etc, etc.
