After playing for a while in the early access on my ps3 I've been seeing my screen randomly go black while questing. Generally I still see the names of npcs and other players as well as my hotbar and map. To fix the problem I have to either navigate to portal, teleport to a diferent location, or start up a cut scene. It has happened during random quest usually though I have noticed it a bit more in dungeon like settings such as tam tara and the the first dungeon main story quest in lima.
I'm also having this problem.
Mine blacked out while loading into the quest waiting at the invisible city in eastern thanalan to start the quest right after talking to the flame sergeant. I could hear other players fighting around me. I suddenly joined a FATE and heard myself die. I was able to return to my home point and my screen came back up. Thank goodness. I thought I was going to get the dreaded 3102 error.
I am having this issue.

It's so bad when I'm in an instance and it happens. I have to try explaining why I'm spamming the return spell in hopes of getting my screen back.
