Steps:
1. While in duty when a treasure chest drops if it contains a Steel Scale item type can not be rolled on for need.
2. Repeats for any steel scale item type even thou it states "GLD MRD LNC PLD WAR DRG" as class types to equip. The GLD/PLD could roll on it just fine
