Dear Square i would like a refund from you as gamestop wont give refunds

I am unhappy with the handling of your customers and this terrible re-launch, my preorder bonus of a head start was a mere hour or so of play time while i was offered a few days when the product was sold to me and with the full release of the game tomorrow i would like my refund as i do not want this game and i was forced to buy the product instead of just preordering it as the rest of the people who didnt have to pay to preorder will be canceling their preorders your site directed me to game stop to purchase this product thus locking me into paying for it before fully relenquising the state of dismay your servers are in. I look to hearing from you.
