Hi All just wondering if their is a way to resolve this issue
its been happening to a few people, mine occurs when downaloding the patch
2013.08.10.0000.0000 then says failed to download patch files
[20512][10009][19900][-2140076234]
any suggestions?
Try starting the PS3 in safe mode and run Restore file system and Rebuild database. This will delete message and saved playlists. But, game save deta and installed games, movies and music etc, will be kept. then try updating the game again.
