Metacritic is going to implode soon, I have a feeling....

First it was D3, then Simcity..... now FFXIV ARR..... Didn't want it to be so, but over the past few days, that is what this game has become... sorry fanbois, it's true.

I never trust metacritic, it's too prone to being abused by people giving 10s for no reason and people giving 0s for problems that will be a non issue a week from now.

While I partially agree with you, Simcity still has a score of 2.0 and D3 is a 3.8. Regardless of the issues most likely not being a factor a week after launch, first impressions are lasting impressions.The launch of said games is what garnered the 2.0 and 3.8. So I imagine with the current state of the game, we can expect similar results.

To be fair, even after the server issues were fixed Diablo 3 still deserves a 3.8

Hope the game gets torn a new one. SE has had two shot at this title and the bungled both launches.

They should have taken the servers down for a few days and fixed the problem rather than stumbling over fixes for days on end. The 90k crash is still occurring on top of everything else. They have literally fixed nothing.

Simcity wasn't a fun game even when the servers were working :(

I'm not sure why this is in the technical support forum. Why are you ranting on Metacritic? The Metascore doesn't include user reviews, only reviews from professional critics.

You are an idiot, have you ever even been to that site? It acts much like how Rottentomotoes does. There is a 'Real' critic score and a User critic score. for the love of the 12, please think before you open your trap next time.
