No Early release code and no Registration code

As the title says I purchased this game from square and played in the beta.
I have received multiple emails from purchase confirmation/registration and beta keys.

The problem is that I never received a pre-game code or a registration code now
I double checked my junk and deleted folders in my email and added a secondary email to my account.
I logged a support ticket with only a automatic email response so far 3 days ago and Have tried to go on live chat but after 2 hours of waiting it failed to find a person then another 3hr que and the same result.

Im falling further and further behind my friends ingame surely there must be someway to get some support from Square!
