Clicking "Start" sends me to the loading screen forever

So, I played on a friend's computer over the weekend and life was great. When attempting to log in with my computer at home, I open the launcher, log in, and then hit play. I make it to the splash screen and have the options for configuration vs. start, I hit start. I am then stuck "loading" forever. No server lists, no errors saying couldn't connect, just stuck "loading" till I decide to close it via alt f4. When I close it it is very responsive confirming that I want to kill the program.

I cannot load this game on my home PC. Gonna give it a shot with a laptop I've got, but this is very frustrating. I scored 11,000 on the benchmark you guys released, which it assures me is "very high." I've got a nVidia GTX 275, whose drivers I just updated after it didn't work the first time.

To follow up: I can't watch the intro video, that seems to be what its choking on forever. Support people, any suggestions?
