FAQ is inaccurate regarding upgrading to collector's edition

I preordered the game and used my pre-order registration code to get into the early access. But I bought the collector's edition and the system says I have the normal. I found on the FAQ how to upgrade to the collector's edition.

The problem is that the Mog Station does not have a "Subscription Services" link anywhere I can find. The only place I can see to enter a code is the wrong format for the one I have.

I think it'll be turned on tomorrow at some point. That's what's been going around anyways.

also...the instructions you are using are to PURCHASE an upgrade to digital collectors edition from normal. Since you already bought it, I'm betting you need a different set of instructions.

That was the best I could come up with. Its easier to navigate a C# text book than a SE website for customer support....

I have the same problem with this on the PS3... no place to upgrade pre-order to pre-purchased Collector's Edition

This whole boxed collector's edition process is giving me an headache... Somehow second account (beta/pre-order) is displayed as standard and the only option is to pay them 20 bucks to upgrade it to CE, although I already own a physical CE now since yesterday. Can't find anywhere where to put the code to make my account CE, and on the register code sheet it says the following:
"If you already have a FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Service account, please refer to the instructions at the following URL to use this code to set up a further service account"

I'm like.... WHAT!?

"Pre-Order code gives you the Pre-Order items, nothing more. The Collectors items require registration of the collectors code that is found in the box. For digital versions I assume this must happen automatically on the actual launch day.

The only people with them so far are the 1.0 collectors people because we already had collectors on our accounts so it knew to give us the items via delivery moogle. Not long for you now though!"

Just read this from a 1.0 player on forum... could be CE wont be available until official launch time.

Can only hope that they'll update the instructions sometime tonight/tomorrow, for those of us who bought the CE somewhere else
