Server Wait Times?

Is there going to be a point where people are going to be able to play at the same time? Because with people paying for subscriptions. no ones going to pay to play a game they have a hard time getting on. ANd it seems like SE is avoiding the idea of adding more NA servers. Because EVERY NA and EU server is basically full except 3 EU servers. Additionally i dont think its been taken into account the population difference between NA/EU and Japan.

Personally it seems like some bad choices are being made or they arnt being very observant? Im able to get on here and there. But it doesnt seem fair to those who do want to play and cant get on... and they plan to pay subscription in the future. and if it continues... then what? Im really curious. I honestly want this game to be successful, and i wantit to have a large population of players. And this wait time login restriction bull kind of scares people away.
