Hmm, Possibly a (temp.) login solution for some? (Non Flame / Hate)

I was wondering if anyone had proposed this idea. Though I doubt it'll go very far, Since the NA/EU Server's are having issues because of all the people trying to login. Would SE consider allowing us to make characters on JP realms and then passing a free server transfer our way back to NA/EU servers once the issue's been fixed?
