A technical issue, or full server?

Hello all!

Unlike some posts here on the forums, I'm not here to bitch. I understand MMOs have problems at launch--every single one with this one being a bit better than others--and while these problems can definitely be annoying, I do have other things to do outside of this game and I'm fine with giving myself an excuse to go do them.

With that out of the way...

Is this screen I keep seeing truly a full server, or is an error? I started a new character on a Japanese server to see if it worked, and it absolutely did.

If it simply is a full server, why can't I simply wait in queue?

The server is truly full. I dont know why there isnt a wait Q, I wish there was. But Oh well.

I thought as much. Ah well, I'll take a break for the night.

It's full, there isn't actually anything wrong. Besides the fact that there isn't a queue most of the time.
